Back to AT again
Aug 30th
Just landed in Vienna and waiting on my connection flight to Linz – nasty weather!
iLife 08 (Apple)
Aug 29th
I got the multimedia software package from apple called iLife 08 today and I must say I’m really impressed. They did a really nice job there. The new iPhoto has a couple of nice features and it’s also very well integrated with my .mac account. Look at that: Pumsti’s Gallery. As first test I just uploaded all the pictures taken last year on the party of my 30th birthday but there are lots more to follow. Like it is always the case with apple the online web gallery looks very nice and is very easy to use.

Bourne Ultimatum
Aug 20th
Well, not much to say about it. After this movie it is clear why Matt Damon is currently one of the best earning actors of Hollywood (and even better for his employers he brings back 29 USD gross income for every dollar he was paid) . This movie has still some questionable scenes like: Why the hell is the airbag of the VW Touregg not activating at a frontal crash? or How is Bourne able to get out the front entry of a FBI building that has been closed down?…. But overall the actions scenes and the story are well done and I highly recommend this movie if you already have seen the previous sequels and enjoyed them as much as I did.
Chicago
Aug 16th
Just got the confirmation that I’ll work on this project here in Chicago until at least the end of this year which means I will also experience the cold winter here in the windy city
Rush Hour 3
Aug 12th
Roman and I spent this weekend in downtown Chicago and today we watched Rush Hour 3 and I think we’ve both enjoyed it pretty much. Despite the fact that Jackie Chan gets old as the action sequences get fewer and you see lots of wrinkles in the close-up views – but what shall I say, I also got 1 year older this weekend
– the movie is very funny as I like the jokes of Chris Tucker. I highly recommend this movie if you already liked the previous sequals.
