Friday, September 26th, 2008After spending 2 month in Europe, I will fly back home to NY today. Most of you know how much I am looking forward to that. It has been a really tough time here and I won’t miss it…

Sunday, September 21st, 2008I wouldn’t have dared to dream that my parents would eat real Chinese food in their life. They’ve never left Europe in their whole life and thought Chinese only eat dogs and cats…just kidding 
But since we had a visitor last week who was preparing the best Chinese food you can imagine for my parents and me they got the chance to get rid of all of their prejudices. And they really loved it. My father actually could not stop eating. He was the last one to finish and we all ate a lot
The feast consisted of sea bass with tofu, glass noodles with bean sprouts and turkey (usually you would make this dish with pork), Shitaki mushrooms with Chinese cabbage, steamed egg with sea food and basmati rice.
Looking at those pictures you might be able to tell that it was delicious and I can’t await to get more….

Back in Dublin
Sunday, September 21st, 2008After spending a nice week in Austria with family and friends, I’m back in Dublin, Ireland. Since the weather hasn’t been that nice here before I was surprised to see the sunshine here. It’s actually warmer and nicer here than it has been back in Austria for the whole last week.
Tomorrow will be another day at work but this should be the last week before I will go back to NYC.
RTV Titelboy 2008

Thursday, September 11th, 2008After 6 hard working weeks here at the client in Dublin, I can’t await to go to Austria for a week since I haven’t been there for a while. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning and I’m looking forward to meeting family and friends. See you in Austria next week!
Weekend in Spain
Sunday, September 7th, 2008Unfortunately the short weekend in Murcia, Spain is already over. We had a great time and enjoyed the really nice weather, food, beaches, ice cream, Sangria and people. Here are some pictures:
