I already mentioned it in my previous post. After spending 2 days in the city I had to go to Los Angeles for business. It’s a very busy job since the client wants us to take care of a lot of requirements in a very short time frame. But you got to do what you got to do to make a deal. That means that I haven’t seen much than the office (which is a really nice and new one) and the hotel room. But beside the nice climate – it’s got around 70 F/20 C during the day and I love to sit outside for lunch in that season 
– I already recognized a couple of differences to NYC. People seem more laid back here. For example pedestrians stop at red light here which is not really common in NYC. Then they got that fast food chain called “Wienerschnitzel” on the west coast. But they only sell hot dogs. I wonder why the Austrian “Governator” hasn’t taken care of this one so far. Anyways, got to work this weekend so I’m not sure if I will able to post any pictures any time soon…

Sunday, January 25th, 2009After spending a much longer time-out in Austria than I would have planned I’m back in NYC. But only for 2 days since I have to go to a client in Los Angeles for the next 2 weeks. Thanks everyone for wishing me to get well soon. I’m doing already much better but it will take me some time to fully recover.

Saturday, January 3rd, 2009The new year didn’t really start well for me. My body is trying to show me it’s limits and I ended up in hospital. Fingers crossed that I can get out of here soon but don’t expect any articles on the blog for the next couple of days….
